5. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Qynaro and its related software, branding, design, technology, content structure, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Qynaro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business or personal use.
8. User Content and Inputs
You retain ownership of content, data, and materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, host, process, analyze, and improve the service.
By using Qynaro, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and use submitted inputs for service delivery, security, diagnostics, support, and product improvement.
9. AI-Generated Outputs and Recommendations
Qynaro may provide AI-generated outputs, strategic suggestions, reports, and recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational and operational support purposes and may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every business context.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own decisions before relying on them.
10. Availability and Service Changes
We strive to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and technical limitations may affect availability.
We may update, improve, restrict, or remove features at any time where reasonably necessary.
11. Third-Party Services

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Qynaro for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qynaro, its affiliates, officers, directors, team members, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Qynaro, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
